Yes, retired DoD and federal employees (with some form of federal ID) may make reservations up to 6 months in advance.

Most camp sites, with exception to the group camp sites, have fire pits available. The group camp sites have access to the community fire pit located next to the whale-watching tower adjacent to the campground.

There are no permanent fire pits at the RV sites due to fire safety concerns. However, we have portable fire pits available for rent.

We are located on a bluff overlooking the ocean. Beach access is just a short walk to either the north or south end of the property.

All of the kitchens have a toaster, coffeemaker, microwave, stove, refrigerator and dishwasher (soap is provided). All cottages have place settings, pots, pans and cooking utensils.

No. The closest location is Joint Base Lewis McChord. We do have a Pac Beach Market & Cafe with snacks and drinks or there is a mini-mart in downtown Pacific Beach about three blocks from the property. The closest major grocery store is in the Aberdeen / Hoquiam area.

Pets are allowed in the select cottages, king suites and hotel rooms for an additional nightly fee. Pets are also allowed in the RV Park and Campground at no additional fee, but leash laws are in effect. Please keep your pet on a leash and clean up after it. Maximum of two pets per unit/space please. Let the clerk know at the time of the reservation if you are planning on bringing any pets.

All summer from Memorial Day to Labor Day, school vacations and major holidays including most weekends. Weekends that are the easiest to make reservations for are the couple before Christmas.

We no longer require advance deposits. However, you will be charged a fee equal to the first night's room rate in the event of a cancellation made less than 14 days before the reservation.
